Ship Method
We use standard Canada Post postal service. Tracking is not available for International orders, but can be requested for an additional cost.

Unfortunately, Eastern Toybox cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Shipping Customs and Duties 
Please note our shipping costs do not include any customs, duties, fees that may be charged at the port of entry in your country. Such responsibilities are on the buyer.

Processing and Delivery Time
All orders take 2-5 business days to process orders. If there are any delays, you will be notified.

All US orders are shipped out once per week.

Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery of orders sent out within Canada, US and the UK.

Please allow at least 4-8 weeks for International orders to reach you.

** All product prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. Please be aware of any applicable exchange rates or taxes while purchasing online.

Pick up at THE DATE PALM in Markham, ON, Canada during regular business hours is always free. Simply select "PICK UP AT STORE" upon check out. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up, usually by the next business day.

Promo Codes we do offer promo codes from time to time on shipping rates. These are posted in the banner at the top of the page.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days, and before mailing products back, at letsplay@easterntoybox.ca. Refunds are subject to Admin approval. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees apply.

Any admin approved, order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.


Final sale on all consumables, books and electronic devices.

All SALE items are final sale.

As we do our utmost to package all products securely for shipping, Eastern Toybox is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. That will be the shipping companies responsibility.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form received. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Missing Items
While we try to be as accurate as possible, we may occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of the package for a resolution.

Correct Ship to and Billing Addresses
Please ensure all addresses are correct and any unit and apartment/suite numbers are all listed in the address section and not as a separate note. If the Bill to is different from the Ship to address, please specify. Eastern Toybox will not be responsible for re-ship charges due to incorrect or incomplete info provided.
